As distillate this subtle, tangy grape variety triumphs with its rich, multi-layered bouquet
Traminer Grappa. In spite of its name, Gewürztraminer does not originate in the South Tyrol lowland: on the contrary its roots
are probably in Egypt, or rather in darkness. For many centuries now, however, this outstanding quality decisively full-bodied
aromatic white wine has been produced in the area around Termeno; indeed it belongs to those grape varieties which you either
love or simply don’t like. As distillate, though, this subtle, tangy grape variety triumphs with its rich, multi-layered bouquet.
The Dolomiti Gewürztraminer Grappa by Zu Plun is made using pomace produced by several wine growers from the South
Tyrolean lowland.
