Red Vermouth

To trace the origin of our vermouth, we travel back to the time when Magdalena of Bingen has already optimized the taste of a

wine with herbs. It were monks, who brought this special aroma across the Brenner to Torino. One of the finest grape varieties,

the Red Rose Muscatel, takes us back to Torino, with its taste enriched by the added spice. Bitterness also has a special origin

in this product. It originates in the extraction process of the fresh Dolomite vermouth. We get the optimal aromas, thanks to

the exact day of the harvest, which is why you can give the vermouth credit for its floral and elegant bitter notes.
