The Riesling vine produces the best results in cool areas, which is why this variety is a typical wine of northern wine-growing
areas, like Alsace. As well as any other grape variety that appreciates permeable, mineral soils, good ventilation and cool nights,
the Riesling fells very comfortable in Italy‘s northernmost vineyards around Brixen. The cultivation of this variety is noticeably
increasing here, with the emphasis placed on quality and the search for a special Riesling, typical of the region. The wines are
