Note morbide dal sapore inconfondibile di noci. Il colore marrone-legno si mescola con il rosso luccichio e con la brillantezza del pino di High Mountain. La base, derivata dalla doppia distillazione del vino della Vernice dell'Alto Adige, è arricchita da pigne di pino cembro raccolte in stato particolarmente maturo che contribuiscono a migliorare ulteriormente la qualità della composizione. I coni, che provengono da 1500 metri sul livello del mare, la naturale dolcezza del miele e la modesta gradazione alcolica del 18% creano l'irresistibile sapore.
