The basis of the exclusive seasoning is a wine distillate from South Tyrolean Vernatsch, which has been distilled twice. This is enriched by pine cones, which are harvested particularly late and whose seeds optimize the complexity of the composition. The cones, which come from a height of 1500 meters, the natural honey sweetness and the modest alcohol content of 18% create the irresistible taste.
