As classical Martini cocktail with capers instead of olives as ultimate enhancement. Pure decadence incombination with grated frozen foie gras on fresh oysters.
The idea of salt gin was born on the North Sea island of Sylt and put into action on the occasion of the summer festival of the
ferry house. Florian Rabanser‘s vision was nothing less than capturing the wild charm and rugged beauty of the North Sea cost,
its cool, salty breeze and the changeful atmosphere of the intertidal zone in an unconventional prime distillate. The classic
material was supplemented with typical herbs from the island, such as heather, sea fennel and rosehip. To distillate the sur-
prisingly tasty, aromatic salt note, the gin was filtered highly concentrated over the shells of freshly opened Sylt royal oysters.
Nordic maritime, with a touch of luxury, almost visionary, available only as a limited edition.
