Weiche Noten, die die Bezeichnung „nussig“ wahrhaftig verdienen. Holzbraun, durchzogen von rotem Schimmer, erstrahlt der Zirm von High Mountain. Basis der exklusiven Würze bildet ein Weindestillat aus Südtiroler Vernatsch, welches doppelt gebrannt wurde. Dieses wird angereichert durch besonders spät geerntete Zirben – Zapfen, die mit ihren Kernen die Komplexität der Komposition optimieren. Die aus 1500 Metern Höhe stammenden Zapfen, die natürliche Honigsüße und der bescheidene Alkoholgehalt von 18% kreieren den unwiderstehlichen Geschmack.
